By making a purchase through our site, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below for returns and refunds. If your order needs to be sent back, our return terms are laid out clearly for your convenience  

Eligibility for Returns    
 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • Ensure all tags, labels, and boxes are returned in their original form.  
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team within this timeframe.  
  • Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return.  


How to Initiate a Return  

  • Step 1: Initiate a Request    
    Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to glitzgrovepvtltd@gmail.com.  
  • Step 2: Share Supporting Photos    
    If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue for faster processing.  
  • Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions    
    Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you details about the return process.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  


Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is completed.    
 

Partial Refund Guidelines  

In cases where an item only partially fulfills the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the issue with us via email to help us resolve it promptly.
