Order cancellations can only be made through your profile under the Orders page by selecting the Cancel Order option. Cancellations are permitted solely within the eligible timeframe, and requests made through other channels will not be accepted.
If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
